P and B's New Place!

We helped Paul and Blythe Paint and move into their new apartment.
 Fun with Painter's Tape
Helping B Organize the Kitchen....I am bummed that it turned out blurry:(

Anderson carried this paint in the apartment and was very proud of himself:)
Anderson kept climbing into this walker..He loved it. haha
For the 3-4 days we were helping them move, Anderson spent A TON of time in Blythe's Car playing and having fun. He was perfectly content playing while we hauled boxes back and forth!

Spring Break at the Zoo!

Anderson and I woke up one morning and decided to head to the zoo for some Spring Break fun. Of course, it was raining and cold (This is Oregon, after all) but living in Oregon means you are prepared for all kinds of weather. This stroller cover came in handy and we had such a fun time. Anderson stayed dry and warm and LOVED looking at all of the animals.
Our friends the Bradfields and Durants met us there. It was so fun to spend time with them and Anderson had a blast chasing their kiddos around all over the place. I lovingly call the Durant kiddos his "Cousins" Our families are close, so they might as well be:)
All of the animals were so active. I cannot wait to take Anderson again when the weather is nicer!

OMSI!

I love that Anderson is old enough to run around and appreciate OMSI. We had so much fun today!

Anderson thought this was so cool. He figured it out pretty quickly and was mesmerized by it:)
My climber on the table to play!
This Cyclone of Water was a HIT!!! He loved throwing the balls in and watching them spin around and down the funnel! What a cool feature!
 BUSY BOY!

FUN IN THE WATER!!! Next time I will strip him down to his diaper and let him get soaked!

"The Art of The Brick" was on exhibit. These Sculpters made from legos were AMAZING!!!!

My Friend Stacy and her little boy Josh LOVE Legos. I brought them with me and they had a blast!

Dying Easter Eggs and Making Donuts

We decided to Dye Easter Eggs as a family. Anderson has never dyed eggs before so we stripped him down and put a disposable diaper on him and let him have a blast!

The Egg in the Wisk was a BRILLIANT idea...It kept the egg safe and easy for Anderson to handle:)

All the kiddos had a good time!
Anderson tasted the egg and WAS NOT A FAN!!! He had fun breaking the egg into a ton of little pieces though:)
 Halle and I
 SO PRETTY!
After Dying Easter Eggs we decided to Fry up some Donut Holes:) The kids loved rolling out their own balls of dough.
Mom and I manned the fryer. They are so easy and yummy!
Anderson got a bath after all the crazy dying of eggs.
AND....Halle took a self portrait on my camera. Silly Girl

SNOW IN MARCH!!!

Last night, it started snowing:)

We were excited and I was even more thrilled to wake up to 2 inches on the ground. I bundled Anderson up and took him out to play in it! HE LOVED IT!!!!

 Anderson's First Taste of SNOW!!!

Our Friend's Scott and Lauren are from Colorado so the snow made them feel more at home:)

Limiting Electronics in our home!

We have been LOVING family time at home. We have been spending a lot of Quality Time Together.
When Anderson turned 6 months old, we decided to get rid of cable and to not watch tv while he is awake. It has been great and we have seen that Anderson has a great imagination and that he is just an all around happy kiddo. Just recently we decided to extend the rules to our phones and the computer. As long as Anderson is awake, our time is spent together.  Music is ok and we listen to music A LOT and do quite a bit of dancing:)

 Playing with Daddy!
It's all fun and games until you bonk heads with Daddy:( He quickly calmed down and was back to smiling:)
 Peek-a-boo!!!

We are getting excited for summer. Anderson is all set and ready for McCall, Idaho where we have our Thompson Family Reunions. This will be Anderson's first family reunion. Here he is in his Swim outfit and Life Jacket!

While playing one night, These crazy frequenters to our home stopped by and posed for a picture. We love Paul and Blythe and they are members of our family whether they like it or not! We live at eachother's houses during the week.
