Here is Victor. He has been living with a family in our ward. They have been his foster family since 2010. We have all come to LOVE THIS LITTLE BOY!!!
Today we got to meet the family that adopted Victor. They are an amazing family and will give Victor the love and support and raise him in the gospel. He will have 2 sisters and one brother. He is so happy!
